Where do the contact emails come from?
Every email is harvested from the outlet's own RSS feed (the iTunes:email tag) or public booking page. We never buy lists or scrape gated content.
Do you send emails for me?
No. The pitch composer drafts your message; you copy it into your own Gmail or Outlook to send. This keeps your sender reputation clean and avoids CAN-SPAM exposure.
How fresh is the data?
Outlets are re-verified every 25 days. Status badges — verified, partial, stale, dead — tell you when a contact was last confirmed live.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Stripe handles billing. Cancel from Settings; Pro stays active through the end of your current billing period.
